Access to and use of the solution imply full and unconditional acceptance of these TOU. Acceptance is confirmed by checking a box upon registration or during first use of the service.
3. Access to the Service
The Provider endeavors to ensure service availability 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, and subject to technical failures or maintenance operations necessary for proper functioning.
4. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Use the service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from infringing upon third-party rights, particularly intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the solution (including but not limited to texts, images, logos, software interfaces) are the exclusive property of the Provider or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

- Automatic translation into multiple languages
3. Orders
An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The Provider reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are quoted in euros, excluding taxes. Payments are made according to the terms specified during the order process, including via Stripe.
5. Term and Termination
The contract is concluded for a fixed term and is automatically renewed, unless terminated by either party under the agreed conditions.
6. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the Provider.
- Refrain from using the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
7. Liability
The Provider is bound by an obligation of means and shall not be liable for indirect damages suffered by the Client, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
