1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter “CGU”) is to define the terms and conditions under which the company SUNVER (hereinafter “the Publisher”) provides its users (hereinafter “the User”) its SaaS solution dedicated to the creation and management of web applications for the hospitality sector.
2. Acceptance of the CGU
Access and use of the solution implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. This acceptance is evidenced by a box to be checked during registration or first use.
3. Access to the service
The Publisher strives to maintain accessibility to the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, and subject to possible breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
4. User Obligations
The User undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information when registering and keeping it up to date.
- Use the service in accordance with its destination and in compliance with the laws and regulations in force.
- Do not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular in terms of intellectual property.
5. Intellectual property
All the elements constituting the solution (texts, images, images, logos, interfaces, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, total or partial, without prior authorization is prohibited.
6. Personal data
The Publisher undertakes to comply with the regulations in force relating to the protection of personal data, in particular the RGPD. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Responsibility
The Publisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or impossibility of using the service, except in the event of proven fault on his part.
8. Modification of the T&Cs
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the site. The User is advised to consult the CGU regularly.
9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These CGU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law.

2. Services offered
The Publisher offers a SaaS solution allowing the creation and management of web applications for the hospitality sector, including in particular:
- A simplified CMS.
- An AI assistant.
- Online payment features via Stripe.
- Automatic translation into several languages.
3. Order
The order is validated upon receipt of the corresponding payment. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
4. Rates and terms of payment
Prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes. Payment is made according to the terms specified when ordering, in particular via Stripe.
5. Duration and termination
The contract is concluded for a fixed period, renewable by tacit renewal, unless terminated by one of the parties according to the terms and conditions provided.
6. Obligations of the customer
The customer undertakes to:
- Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the Publisher.
- Do not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
7. Responsibility
The Publisher is bound by an obligation of means. He cannot be held responsible for indirect damage suffered by the customer.
8. Force majeure
None of the parties can be held responsible in the event of force majeure preventing the performance of its obligations.
